  She has served in various leadership roles and is a gifted Administrator, Motivator, Teacher and Author.

She has over 30 years of diverse business experience in the labor relations industry, conference administration, convention planning, and workshop delivery, and is a dynamic speaker and a Toastmasters International Competent Communicator.
